Rainbow Agrosciences Ghana Limited, has partnered with Agrihouse Foundation to support the ongoing 8th Agricultural Students’ Career Guidance and Mentorship Dialogue Bootcamp (AG-STUD Africa 2025), currently underway in Accra.
This partnership is a significant step towards empowering the next generation of agrifood professionals and contributing to the growth of the agricultural sector in Ghana.
In a statement, Mr. David Oware Ansong, Country Director of Rainbow Agrosciences Ghana Limited, emphasized the importance of investing in youth to create ethical, skilled, and innovative leaders capable of addressing the challenges facing farmers and food systems in Ghana and beyond.
“At Rainbow Agrosciences, we are dedicated to contributing to the future of Ghana’s agriculture,” Mr. Ansong said. “We believe that by supporting the 8th AG-STUD Bootcamp , we are not only helping to nurture the next generation of agribusiness professionals but also fostering a culture of leadership, integrity, and innovation.
Mr. Ansong also expressed gratitude to Agrihouse Foundation for the opportunity to be part of such a vital initiative, describing the partnership as a meaningful and impactful step towards creating a more dynamic and forward-thinking agricultural sector.
Alberta Nana Akyaa Akosa, Executive Director of Agrihouse Foundation, also expressed her appreciation for Rainbow Agrosciences’ involvement in the bootcamp.

As part of the ongoing bootcamp, over 130 students and young agripreneurs have been participating in sessions on career development, agritech, finance, business pitching, and field visits to key agribusiness institutions. Additionally, the bootcampers had the opportunity to visit the Rainbow Agrosciences facility, where they gained firsthand insight into the company’s operations and the role innovation plays in the growth of the agribusiness sector.
