The Bank of Ghana (BoG) has announced updated exchange rates for the Cedi against major foreign currencies, reflecting a marginal increment compared to the previous day.
As of Friday, January 24, the Cedi was trading at 15.1124 to a Dollar on the buying side and 15.1276 on the selling side.
The Pound Sterling recorded a buying rate of 18.6291 and a selling rate of 18.6493, while the Euro was trading at 15.7234 for buying and 15.7378 for selling.
These slight increases mark a continued fluctuation in exchange rates, underscoring the Cedi’s sensitivity to global and local market dynamics.
Market analysts are closely monitoring these trends to assess their implications on trade, investment, and pricing within the Ghanaian economy.
