The second edition of the Agritech West Africa exhibition, along with Food & Beverage Ghana and FoodPack Tech Ghana exhibitions, will be held from March 15-17, 2023 at Accra International Conference Centre. under the auspices of the Ministry of Food & Agriculture of Ghana and with esteemed support from the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Ghana.
Speaking at the press conference the Project Director for Agritech West Africa, Mr. Thomas James stated that the 3-day agriculture and Technology (AGRITECH) exhibition is intended to serve as a marketing platform for agriculture technology, agrochemicals, irrigation & systems companies, and all products related to agriculture and value addition, to connect & meet agribusiness partners, farmers, food producers and processers.
He added that the expo will be a great platform for exhibiting companies coming from different parts of the world to meet with Ghanaian and west African business partners.
The Agritech West Africa with Food & Beverage and FoodPack Tech Ghana exhibition covers the entire value chain of agriculture industry under one roof with about 100 companies exhibiting from India, South Africa, Turkey, Nigeria, Ghana, UK, Italy, France, Spain and others, representing multiple product segments like agrochemicals, agriculture technology, irrigation, biofeeds, food processing and packaging technologies, food innovation, processed and packed food & beverage items.
The expo is however expecting a total gathering of close to 5000 business and professional visitors directly and indirectly linked and related to the agribusiness sector, commercial and small farmers, food and beverage industries, importers, distributors etc.
The expo is organized by wegvoraus exhibition, with support from the West African Chamber of Agriculture, CropLife Ghana, Ghana Union of Traders Association, and the Ministry of Food and Agriculture
