All the way from Gomoa Odoben Brakwa, Miss Leticia, a manageress at Ivaz Tasty Gari was at a stand for exhibition at the 37th annual farmer’s day celebration happening in the Central and Cape Coast Adisadel College park to be precise.

Miss Leticia from Ivaz Tasty Gari is exhibiting some of the company’s well-known products. Gari which is the main product of the company was been showcased. In an interaction with Miss Leticia she said the company produces different varieties of gari. She mentioned cassava mixed with sorghum to produce gari and also orange fleshed sweet potato blended with the casava to produce the gari. The said they add other consumables to the cassava to add more nutritional value to the gari.

As market was not all that fast she was hopeful that with the coming days things will get better at the exhibition.
