Agrihouse foundation is excited to announce a one-day Executive Masterclass on fish farming and yogurt making, designed to provide participants with hands-on training and in-depth knowledge on sustainable practices. The masterclass, led by expert instructors, will take place on Friday 26th May, 2023 at Agrihouse training centre in Dzorwulu.
Fish Farming, also known as Aquaculture, is a rapidly growing industry that offers significant opportunities for sustainable food production. In our masterclass, participants will learn the fundamentals of fish farming, including water quality management, fish species selection, feeding techniques, disease prevention, and harvesting methods. Our experienced instructors will provide practical demonstrations and share best practices to help participants establish and maintain their own successful fish farming operations.
Yogurt Making is also a time-honored tradition that combines science and art to create a delicious and nutritious dairy product. In our masterclass, participants will learn the science behind yogurt making, including the role of bacteria, fermentation processes, and flavor development. Participants will also gain hands-on experience in making yogurt from scratch, using different techniques and ingredients, and learn how to troubleshoot common challenges. Our expert instructors will share their expertise and provide tips for producing high-quality yogurt that meets commercial standards.
