E.N Farms, one of the exhibitors at the 37th edition of the annual Farmer’s Day celebration was at the exhibition to showcase some of its products to colleague farmers and the general public.
In the stance of E.N farms was Mr. Ampofo who is a marketing manager at E.N farms, he disclosed to agriwatchgh.com some of their products which happened to be “fortified gari” he said. “We have orange fleshed potato mixed with the cassava and then run through the process to get the gari”. Speaking to AgriWatch he said they add the potato to take care of the eye problem complains people come out with after the consumption of the gari.
Mr. Ampofo also mentioned variety of tombrown showcased at the stand. With the variety he said “we have maize and millet, maize, groundnut and sorghum, maize and soybean”. The variety is to take care of the many preferences of their costumers so everyone can have a feel of their products, he added.
