Yara Ghana Limited has donated an amount of over GHC650,000 worth of crop nutrition products to the Ministry of Food and Agriculture in support of the 41st Farmers’ Day Celebration.
According to the Country Manager of Yara Ghana Limited, Ms. Theresa Randolph, the donation is a vital contribution made in support of the nationwide event with various municipalities and districts to receive their share.
“Today, we had the opportunity as Yara to donate a total amount of over GHC650,000 to the Ministry of Food and Agriculture. A vital contribution towards the 41st Farmers’ Day Celebration here in Ghana.”

Ms. Randolph described the philanthropic act as an honour of the Ghanaian farmer and a sign of belief in the work of farmers throughout the journey of agriculture. She reiterated that the donation is also a sign of their support for Ghana’s agribusiness value chain.
She stated that the company is committed to supporting this year’s Farmers’ Day Celebration and fully participating in the activities from the starting of the event on December 1, to the end on December 5, 2025 in Ho, reinforcing their support for farmers in knowledge growth and advancement in understanding agronomic.
“we will be live from the 1ST of December to the 5th right here in Ho, supporting the farmers showcasing what Yara does in terms of agronomic knowledge and understanding as knowledge grows.”
