All is set for the long awaited 41st Farmers’ Day Exhibitions in Ho, Volta region as over one hundred and twenty companies gear up to exhibit their products and services at the Exhibitions and Celebration Fair.
The Ministry of Food and Agriculture teams up with Agrihouse Foundation to host a number of exhibitors within the agricultural value chain to showcase products and services achieved in the year under review and to celebrate farmers in this regard.
The 41st Farmers’ Day Exhibitions is set to be one of the most remarkable ones in the history of Farmers’ Day Celebration in Ghana, hosting a house full of industry players and stakeholders cutting across the Machinery and equipment companies, the Livestock, Poultry, Fisheries and Aquaculture, the Crop nutrition, Crop protection, Farmers’ associations, Research institutions, Financial institutions, Development agencies, the Veterinaries, the Food and beverages, and a great number of Agro processors.

The Ho Exhibition is expected to attract thousands of participants including policymakers, agripreneurs, investors, researchers, and students, reinforcing Ghana’s position as a hub for agricultural innovation and sustainable development.
The exhibition also comes along with side events organized by Agrihouse Foundation to deeply impact farmers’ knowledge and understanding of recent agricultural practices. “Farmers Clinic” is a side event that focuses on training farmers on various subjects such as agro-products usage and application, market accessibility, financial literacy, farm management, savings and loans packages for farmers, insurance packages for farmers, investment packages for farmers, available programs and interventions from both government and private sectors and many others. on how to deal with setbacks in their fields.
The foundation will also host a masterclass dubbed “1 Household 1 Garden (1H1G), an initiative that aims to rejuvenate and promote the act of backyard farming through a power-packed training, where participants would be enlightened on growing gardens on their backyard. This is an initiative that seeks to reduce food poverty, promoting food security and zero hunger.
