The Social Protection and Human Rights Lead for the World Food Forum (WFF) Ghana Chapter, Madam Philipa Mensah, has called on the youth to come up with actionable solutions to help transform Ghana’s agricultural sector.
Speaking at the International Youth Day celebration at Accra Academy Senior High School, She highlighted the potential of youth in creating significant change in the agriculture sector , noting their enthusiasm and ability to contribute to the sector, according to her the youth possess the creativity and determination needed to tackle the challenges facing our food systems, adding that their active participation in the agriculture sector is needed in providing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to ensure food security and promote sustainable agricultural practices.
