The General Manager of Kuipers Breeders Ghana Limited, Moses Yaw Aidoo, has reaffirmed the company’s commitment to transforming agriculture by signing onto the 2026 Call to Action at the 8th Gathering of the Royals. The event was held on March 31, 2026, at the GNAT Hall in Accra.
Organized by Agrihouse Foundation, the gathering was held under the theme: “Seed of Change: From Leadership to Legacy – Women Transforming Agrifood Systems.” It brought together Queen Mothers, policymakers, and key stakeholders in the agricultural value chain to collaborate, share ideas, and promote sustainable agriculture while creating dignified jobs.
Kuipers Breeders Ghana played a key role in supporting the 2025 Call to Action, which focused on establishing young people in poultry farming. The company donated 4,800 quality day-old chicks (Nkoko Nkikiti) to support the initiative. This year, it has also signed onto the 2026 Call to Action, which aims to promote value-driven tomato production in Ghana.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Aidoo emphasized the company’s dedication to building a strong and sustainable agricultural ecosystem. He also led a session to educate Queen Mothers on best practices for managing a successful poultry business.
Addressing over 700 Queen Mothers and Market Queens, he noted that Kuipers Breeders Ghana specializes in breeding and hatching high-quality day-old chicks tailored for the Ghanaian market and beyond. He explained that their goal is to support a professional poultry sector that allows farmers to earn sustainable incomes.
He added that the company provides chicks with proven genetics, excellent health, and full vaccinations before delivery. With expert support and guidance, farmers are better positioned to achieve successful outcomes, making Kuipers Breeders a trusted partner in poultry farming.
Mr. Aidoo further stated that the company is committed to producing affordable, high-quality animal protein for the local population, while contributing to the growth and long-term success of Ghana’s poultry industry.
