The General Manager of Organic Bloom Ghana, Aaron Amartey, led an impactful session on Youth in Input Dealership at the 3rd Ghana Agrochemical and Crop Protection Exhibitions and Awards (GACA), an initiative organized by Agrihouse Foundation held from Tuesday, May 5 to Wednesday May 6 2026, at Techiman in the Bono East Region.
The session brought together young agripreneurs, students, input dealers, farmers, and key stakeholders within Ghana’s agricultural sector to explore the growing opportunities within agro-input dealership and the important role young people can play in transforming agriculture and improving food security.

Speaking during the session, Mr. Aaron encouraged the youth to see agriculture not only as farming but as a complete business ecosystem filled with opportunities capable of creating employment, building wealth, and changing lives.
“Young people have the power to transform agriculture when they are given the right knowledge, exposure, and opportunities. The input dealership space is one of the most important areas within the agricultural value chain because it directly impacts farmer productivity and food production. Agriculture must become attractive, innovative, and profitable for the youth,” he stated.

He further emphasized the importance of responsible input distribution, farmer education, and modern agricultural practices in ensuring sustainable agricultural growth in Ghana.
Organic Bloom Ghana continues to position itself as a leader in agricultural innovation by introducing breakthrough solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and resilience in farming communities. Through practical interventions, farmer education, and technology-driven solutions, the company remains committed to improving the livelihoods of ordinary farmers while contributing significantly to national agricultural growth.
One of the company’s flagship innovations is its patented 100% organic plant bio-activator formula developed from phytic acid and amino acids extracted from plant sources including rice and soybeans. The solution is rapidly absorbed and transported within plants, helping to stimulate photosynthesis, strengthen natural defense systems, and enhance flowering, fruiting, and grain filling.

Its organic phosphorus content, known for its strong chelating properties, helps reduce stress and phytotoxicity, especially when applied alongside chemical pesticides. The solution also promotes stronger root development, improved nutrient assimilation, increased productivity, moisture retention, enhanced photosynthetic activity, and supports beneficial microbial life within the soil while helping plants build resistance against pathogens such as nematodes.
Organic Bloom Ghana is a subsidiary of Ingal Agrotecnologia, a pioneering agricultural technology company committed to transforming agriculture through innovative solutions and cutting-edge research. The company focuses on improving productivity while ensuring environmental sustainability through technologies that protect soil health, improve plant performance, and maximize crop yields.
