Key Takeaways

  • AgHires, an agriculture recruiting and job advertising company, launched a redesigned job board aimed at agriculture, food, horticulture and ag biotech employers and job seekers.
  • The platform gives employers a more intuitive job posting process, enhanced self-service tools and an improved employer dashboard.
  • Job seekers get enhanced search filters, targeted job alerts and greater control over their resume and profile.
  • The redesign introduces more flexible subscription options, letting employers post unlimited jobs while choosing which listings to promote.
  • AgHires Owner Lori Culler said the update reflects the company’s continued investment in the agriculture industry it serves.

AgHires Rebuilds Its Job Board for Agriculture Hiring

AgHires, a recruiting, executive search and job advertising company focused on agriculture, announced the launch of its redesigned job board. The new platform is built to give employers greater flexibility, improved hiring tools and a more streamlined way to advertise positions, while offering job seekers a faster, more personalized way to find career opportunities across agriculture and the food supply chain.

New Tools for Employers and Job Seekers

For employers, AgHires’ redesigned platform simplifies hiring with a more intuitive job posting and purchasing process, enhanced self-service tools and an improved employer dashboard. Hiring managers can build out a fuller company profile and choose from promotional upgrades to increase job visibility. Job seekers, meanwhile, benefit from enhanced search filters, targeted job alerts and more control over their resume and profile to help them find roles suited to their experience and career path.

“Our goal has always been to make hiring in agriculture and related industries easier,” said Lori Culler, Owner of AgHires. “This new platform gives employers better recruiting tools to promote their opportunities and manage applicants while making it easier for job seekers to find their next career. It’s another way we are continuing to invest in the industry we serve.”

Flexible Subscriptions for Employers

The redesigned AgHires platform also introduces more flexible subscription options, allowing hiring managers and HR teams to post unlimited jobs while choosing which positions to enhance with discounted promotional upgrades, giving companies more control over their recruiting budget and strategy.

AgHires’ Continued Investment in Agriculture Hiring

The launch reflects AgHires’ ongoing commitment to helping agriculture and food employers find qualified talent as the industry’s hiring needs continue to evolve, the company said.
