Payment of salaries for staff at the Produce Buying Company (PBC) has been postponed to August by management following the economic crisis.
In a communique issued on September 6, 2022, the management of the PBC urged the members of staff to exercise patience and bear with them in these trying times.
The circular issued also stated that the company is putting all efforts in place to make sure salaries are being paid as said.
Many other private as well as public sectors in the country have faced massive economic breakdown following the covid-19 pandemic and the PBC,a licensed cocoa beans trading company was no exception.
