Agrihouse Foundation has welcomed, Peter Bol, a senior expert from PUM Netherlands, as part of a strategic capacity-building partnership aimed at strengthening its institutional systems, enhancing staff competence, and deepening impact across Ghana’s agricultural value chain.
The visit forms part of Agrihouse foundation’s broader vision to build a world-class, self-sustaining agribusiness support institution that empowers farmers, agripreneurs, and youth with the knowledge and tools needed to drive Ghana’s food systems transformation.
PUM Netherlands is a globally respected organization that connects skilled professionals from the Netherlands with businesses and institutions across developing countries. Through mentorship, coaching, and hands-on technical assistance, PUM experts help organizations strengthen their management structures, improve efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth.
Over the next two weeks, Peter Bol will be working closely with the Agrihouse team to assess internal processes, streamline operations, and introduce practical strategies in leadership, project management, financial administration, and organizational growth.

Speaking on his mission in Ghana, Peter Bol commended Agrihouse Foundation for its pivotal role in shaping agribusiness advocacy and development across Africa.
