The official theme song for the newly launched public interest programme, “At the Table with Alberta Nana Akyaa Akosa,” is now available on all major digital streaming platforms.
The inspiring song is dedicated to celebrating women farmers and farmers living with disabilities across Ghana, in recognition of their resilience, strength, sacrifices, and immense contributions toward sustaining the nation’s food systems and agricultural development.
Through powerful lyrics and emotional storytelling, the song reflects the daily realities of women farmers who rise before dawn, work tirelessly on their farms, and continue to serve as the backbone of agricultural production and food security in Ghana.
Describing women farmers as “the heart of the farm, the gold in the soil, and the seed and soul of agriculture,” the song highlights their unwavering dedication to nurturing crops, feeding families, supporting communities, and driving national growth despite the many challenges they encounter.
According to Agrihouse Foundation, the theme song will feature prominently throughout the programme and during outreach activities aimed at promoting greater recognition, appreciation, and support for women in agriculture across the country.
The Foundation believes the song will inspire pride, amplify the voices of women farmers, and encourage deeper national appreciation for the courage, determination, leadership, and hard work of women who continue to shape the future of agriculture in Ghana.
The public is encouraged to stream and enjoy the song on YouTube Music, Spotify, Apple Music, and other digital streaming platforms.
