The Minister of Food and Agriculture, Hon. Eric Opoku has hailed Agrihouse Foundation for their immense contribution and role in planning and organizing the Farmers’ Day Food and Agricultural Fair and Exhibitions.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the 41st Farmers’ Day Food and Agricultural Fair and Exhibitions on December 1, 2025, the Minister said, the organization of the event which cost the nation huge sums of money has been relieved by Agrihouse Foundation over the years now.
“We want to thank the Agrihouse Foundation for their role in seeing to the success of this initiative. The five-day fair which in previous years leaves significant financial burden on the government is being organized at no cost to the state.” he stated.

According to the minister, Agrihouse Foundation has diligently mobilized exhibitors for the fair and worked tirelessly to make this year’s Farmers’ Day Food and Agricultural Fair a successful one.
Hon. Eric Opoku commended Agrihouse Foundation for supporting the Ministry of Food and Agriculture in building a platform for showcasing Ghana’s agricultural success and excogitation.
“Agrihouse Foundation has mobilized over 200 exhibitors across the entire agriculture value chain, and coordinated the main layout of the fair, and supported the ministry in creating a vibrant platform for showcasing Ghana’s agricultural innovations.”
The minister on behalf of the ministry appreciated the effort and role of Agrihouse Foundation and called for a stronger partnership between the two entities to create more opportunities in the coming years.
“The ministry expresses its sincere appreciation for this invaluable partnership and looks forward to strengthening this collaboration in the years ahead.” he added.
